Abel Esquivel Luna
​Abel is an HR Director with expertise in key areas that contribute to the success of employees' careers, including training, safety, human resources, craft and foreman development, and mentoring. He is a Certified Safety and Health Official and serves as Chairman on the AGC OJT Committee in Texas. Additionally, he was instrumental in helping develop the ARTBA Safety Certificate for Transportation Project Professionals. Passionate about giving back, Abel enjoys volunteering and making a positive impact in the community, particularly by supporting kids aging out of the foster system and teen parents.

Eli Embleton
Eli leads Learning and Development with a focus on organizational transformation. He holds an executive MBA and speaks six ancient and modern languages. As an award-winning non-profit CEO, Elo developed a leadership course in collaboration with Fellows from Oxford, Harvard, and the M.I.T Dialogue Project, which has been taught at several prestigious universities. An active martial artist and a self-proclaimed mediocre pickleball player, Eli lives in San Antonio with his wife, their four children, and a beagle named Johnny Cash.​

Michelle Mouton
​Michelle spent 22 years as a public school teacher before transitioning to Human Resources, where she now works as a Training Specialist. With a passion for helping individuals and teams reach their full potential, she designs tailored learning experiences that make a lasting impact. Michelle holds a MA in Curriculum and Instruction and an MBA in Human Resources. Outside of her professional life, she is a proud mom of three, an avid reader, and she enjoys planning unforgettable trips and celebrations

Albert Flores
Albert is a dedicated Field Training Manager, with a passion for helping colleagues grow in training and development. Albert is a husband, a father of 3, and a grandfather of two. In his spare time, he loves to travel with his wife and is an acid hunter. As a veteran of the United States Army, Albert knows that knowledge is power and that learning can come from any environment. He draws on his experience being stationed overseas, and also his Safety, Health & Environmental training from the University of Texas at Arlington to provide expertise to employees out in the field. With almost a decade of experience in Human Resources and Safety, Albert loves what he does and is committed to safety and professional development.
